Fun at the fair

There is just something about the fair. All the noise and bright lights, yummy junk food, fun vendors, farm animals, and live music. Gotta love the fair.

Today Janae, Chantel and I went to the Oregon State Fair. It was a birthday gift to Chantel from Janae. They got ride bracelets and rode all the rides.

Personally I am not a ride person. I love the gardens and the handmade things. Chantel's reply to that is "Boring!"

I was also pretty impressed with some of the wildlife that was there this year!

Sometimes the cakes and things people enter at the fair blow me away!

It was just such a fun day!

I saw this horse painting I really loved. What a sweet face.

I feel so lucky I got to spend a fun day at the fair with my girls.

We stayed until they closed everything down for the night!

The quality of our fun was better than the quality of some of these photos!

Good memories! Can't wait until next year.

Janae wants to buy a foot jiggler for her house :)

Who else went to the fair this year?

Thanks for visiting!

Loved seeing these photos from the fun day at the fair. Janae' and Chantel looked so cute on the many rides, and the flowers are beautiful. I was amazed to see the tiger! Glad you had such a good time.

so fun!! your photos captured the essence of a fair so well. I get seasick on most rides, and then i get afraid on the ferris wheel !!! so mostly i just walk around and watch others go on the rides. I do love a roller coaster though...

wow I have to say again, your kids look like angels...I think they are. Those fairs can be fun, I used to go to the ones in New York, all Italian stuff LOL...but I never saw one that featured gardens, plants, and flowers! that is more my style LOL Thanks for the warm pictures of your beautiful life!

Our fun fairs dont look as much fun as yours! we dont have farm animals or nice food usually its a place for the young adults to come and be silly. I would love to visit a fair like yours. Lovely pictures you all look like you had a blast. Tracy

I like the fair exhibits too! It's great when you have time to just wander. I'm not much for rides either, but it's great to see the kids having such a blast. Our fair starts in a week or so. It often rains!
