I love fabric with blue roses. I have not had much finding it as of late so I was so happy when I found this comforter at Goodwill!
I have white comforters that I like on the bed, but have been thinking I want to add some pattern to the bedroom. I was really happy to find this.
It is a Laura Ashley comforter and the fabric is just perfect!
I figured as long as I am taking pictures in the bedroom I would take a few more. I kept taking Phoebe off the bed to take pictures and she just kept jumping back on.
She loves the new comforter!
I haven't done hardly anything to change our bedroom since we moved here a couple years ago. One of the first blog posts I ever did was on our bedroom and it continues to be one of my most viewed posts :)

One thing I hope to do this summer is stencil the wall behind the bed like I did here. That would add just the right amount of needed pattern I think.
To end this post I wanted to share this picture of Duke. This is where he sits everyday at 2:30--it is like he can tell time--and he waits for the kids to come home from school.
What a good boy he is.

I had to laugh... my two dogs stand guard at the window waiting for my daughter to come home and then my husband. The funny thing is, my husband works away for days at a time and the dogs only wait on the day he is due home. They must have a sixth sense or something.
I love your new bedding its really pretty!! Phoebe is so funny! Your mirror in your room is so pretty, I love that one! Duke is so sweet waiting at the window.

Your bedroom is amazing. Thank you for sharing it with us. And your dog just touched my heart. Our 3 fur babies wait by the window on the couch for us to come home. I am a stay at home mom and so they hate it when I leave. They are like, " mom, you are not suppose to go." LOL silly dogs.
